Bug & Fish Wedding Invitation Package

If you've read about the personalized custom logo and Save the Dates for Malena & Cory in our past blog, you will be pleased to finally see the entire Wedding Invitation package. Below is a Panel Pocket double layered invite with a Mad Libs style response card (which guests should get a kick out of), an Informational card and hot pink response envelope. Malena is all about "fun" and I think their guests are going to have a blast at this wedding!

I LOVE Chevron!

So I've been dying to do an wedding invitation with chevron stripes, something I am totally into right now and would paint my walls with it if I had the time... Well, this is the second invitation I've done for the Maritime Parc in Jersey City and I LOVE that place. LaTosha came to us because she was looking for "graphic design", not just an invitation house. Her colors are orange and gray and we are going to pull this whole look together with her Programs, Table Cards, Menus, etc so be sure to check back to see how they came out. Here is the Pocket invitation, although without the flap which is different, and a diamond embellishment on the belly band seal. Ombre was something she liked so we set the invitation apart with a nice fading gray one. We printed everything on a nice textured shimmer linen paper to add some texture from the sleek metallic white pocketfold. Take a look!

Cool in Copper

We promised you we'd show you the invitation to match the Pocket Sleeve Save the Date we blogged about earlier. Well, here it is, complete and delivered. Ashley was so indecisive at first but with a couple rounds of ideas and color choices, she was thrilled with the way they came out. We were too! We tried out a new shimmery linen paper stock to add some fanciness which really brought out the floral design. Layered with a chocolate brown card stock and using fall colors, this invitation really reflects the environment that the event is taking place in. Take a look and you'll see what we're talking about. We can't wait to do the Menus, Placecards and Programs to match but fitting in the woodgrain chocolate paper stock to add some more texture.

Wood is Good

So I am in love with these faux wood grain pocket folds and have been using them for many samples lately. They are perfect for that rustic, chic country wedding and give a little bit of texture to the whole package.
